1. Program Overview

BTC Tommy promotes Bitcoin mining services and products through various channels. As an Affiliate, you are authorized to refer clients and earn commissions on successful referrals, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Operate a lawful website, social media account, or other digital property suitable for marketing.

3. Referral Process

You will be provided with a unique referral link or code.
Any user signing up for mining services through your referral will be tracked using this code.
Commissions are based on verified, paying users.

4. Commission and Payment

Impersonate BTC Tommy or claim to be an official representative unless authorized.

6. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to digital advertising, data privacy, and cryptocurrency.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by BTC Tommy (logos, banners, etc.) remains the intellectual property of BTC Tommy. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting BTC Tommy.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
BTC Tommy may terminate your participation at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove BTC Tommy materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

BTC Tommy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or your participation in the Program.

10. Changes to the Terms

BTC Tommy reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai”.
